Paid Search

Organic search engine optimization is the foundation of search marketing. However, because SEO can take one or more months to achieve the desired results, or if additional traffic is desired, Eight Trails recommends a paid search campaign (also called pay-per-click or PPC).

PPC Planning/Implementation

Eight Trails will accomplish the following one-time activities:

  • Keyword research on possible search terms to be utilized in the campaign
  • Create an ad testing plan incorporating a number of different messages relevant to your business
  • Setup account in Google Adwords
  • Create campaigns, ad groups, and ads within Adwords
  • Set up conversion tracking within Google Analytics

PPC Management

Once a plan is developed, Eight Trails will provide ongoing PPC campaign management and monitoring. In addition to monitoring campaign metrics and results on a regular basis, Eight Trails will make regular adjustments to the campaign to consistently improve ROI. Keyword terms and ad messages will also be monitored, measured and modified as needed.

You will also receive a monthly report detailing activities and measurements for the pay per click campaign. Data provided will include overall traffic, sales, revenue, total monthly spend, cost per sale, cost per click, clickthrough rate and conversion rate. Interpretation of these results and statistics will accompany Eight Trails’ recommendations for the next month.
